Only if you tick the separate newsletter box, Cody uses your email and optional name to send monthly visa updates, client stories and upcoming webinars. The legal basis is your consent. Signing up is voluntary and is never required for a webinar, enquiry or service. No newsletter emails are sent by the sign-up feature itself.

Your consent wording, date and sign-up source are recorded. Subscriber details are private in Cody’s owner studio and its CSV export, not published or sold. The website’s hosting service processes the information for Cody. No advertising profiles are created by this feature.

Unsubscribe without signing in using the personal link in any future newsletter, or email Cody to withdraw consent. Name and email are removed from the newsletter list on unsubscribe; a non-identifying record of consent and withdrawal remains. Other bookings or registrations are unaffected. Normal backup retention still applies.

You may ask Cody for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or raise a concern with Spain’s data protection authority (AEPD). You can withdraw consent as easily as giving it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

This browser remembers a declined invitation for 60 days and remembers a successful subscription to avoid repeat pop-ups. No name or email is stored in that browser preference. Clearing browser storage or using another browser clears that memory.
